Hi, I am Yolanda! Some persons contact me the Beyoncé of cakes. I post my drool-deserving, jaw-dropping caking creations just about every Tuesday at 11am EST! My novelty cakes come in all designs and measurements – big variations of foodstuff, gross things like brains, film people and some of my favorite points! Essentially I really like to establish things out of cake, buttercream, fondant, sweet, cookies and anything at all sweet!
To make my Chinese Fried Rice Takeout Cake, I stacked and filled my fave Greatest Chocolate Cake layers with Italian Meringue Buttercream, lined it all in White fondant and adorned the sides with hand-painted people that spell ‘CAKE’ in Mandarin & Cantonese. Then, I filled the box with path combine “fried rice” and extra some gumpaste chopsticks & fortune cookies on the side for dessert! Chat about a TALL purchase!
